I led the redesign and optimization of a B2B plastics marketplace, focusing on cleaner workflows, modern UX, and faster performance across devices. I built new revenue features, implemented user history and profile systems, and restructured backend architecture to create a more intuitive, scalable, and trustworthy platform experience.

Built and shipped a custom eCommerce experience centered around an interactive apparel design editor and a smooth, accessible user workflow from creation to checkout. Implemented real-time design tools supporting images, text, and live previews. Enhanced performance and UX with asset compression, skeleton states, and accessibility improvements. Developed RESTful APIs for inventory, authentication, and orders, and architected a scalable MongoDB database with indexing for fast queries. Automated the development pipeline using GitHub Actions to streamline testing and releases.

Provided technical support for system, software, and hardware issues, resolving 200+ support requests within defined SLAs using Ivanti ITSM and Active Directory. Performed maintenance on 50+ laptops, diagnosing issues and replacing components, and assisted with onboarding new devices and applications including Dell Latitudes and iPads.

Conducted research on regional water pricing and emerging technologies, producing comparative analyses to support strategic planning and operational improvements. Assisted with procurement of departmental materials, supplies, and promotional goods.
